Golden Tulip GMs attend worldwide training course

Golden Tulip held a three-day training course in Paris for its general managers and regional executives. 

The course aimed to showcase new techniques in yielding, human resources management, leadership and philosophy in business “while capitalising on Golden Tulip value drivers and system deliverables”, the company said.

Participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, partake in group activities, reflection and reverse thinking.

A virtual hotel system game was won by Rabih Abdo,GM, Golden Tulip Serenada Hamra Beirut and Christian Palacin, GM, Golden Tulip Galleria who boasted the highest room revenue and profit.

President of Golden Tulip MENA, Amine E. Moukarzel, stated the importance of training.

“With more than 70 hotels in the MENA region, the Golden Tulip MENA has plans to expand and open new properties in Algeria, Georgia, Kirgizstan, Jordan and Lebanon offering many job opportunities and training for a better Hospitality Life, because what we do together is a way of life”.

Held from the 17-19 of June at Golden Tulip Roissy Charles de Gaulle, the event was facilitated by U University and delivered by Performance Solutions.
