When was your company established?
IDS NEXT Business Solutions was established in India in 1987. We set up our Middle East Office in Dubai in 1995. From here we expanded our presence to Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, UAE and KSA. We work with a host of partners whose support has helped us grow our presence rapidly in the Middle East and deliver a consistent sales experience.

How many people are employed by your company?
IDS NEXT has 300 plus employees based in multiple locations namely Asia Pacific, Sri Lanka, India, Middle East and Africa.
How is the company growing?
We have aggressive growth targets and have been growing at an annual rate of 40% both in terms of revenue and customer acquisition. To meet our growth targets we have also entered newer geographies through partners and local offices.
What is your company vision?
Our vision is ‘to be the most preferred hospitality business solutions provider in the world’.
What are your core products/services for the hospitality industry?
The IDS NEXT Enterprise Class Solutions Set consists of:
• FortuneNEXT 6i Enterprise: suitable for a range of large, chain and full service hotels.
• FortuneNEXT 6i Professional: for full service hotels that are mainly independent
• FortuneNEXT 6i Express: for mid-sized (limited service) hotels
• FortuneNEXT 6i Genie: for small hotels
• FortuneNEXT 6i R&B and FortuneNEXT 6i R&B Central: for restaurants and F&B operations
We also have software for small and budget hotels — Pax, club management software, e-menu application called Envy Dine, a feedback and loyalty management solution, Guest Dynamix and a central reservation system.
Additionally, our value-added services includes an energy management solution, guest identity management software, Wi-Fi billing, as well as hot spot and PoS solutions.
What new products have you launched recently?
Guest Dynamix is a cloud based feedback and loyalty management solution. It is designed to help hotels retain guests by building their loyalty and thus ensure continued room booking at the hotel. Envy Dine is a visually rich tablet based e-menu application that can be adopted at fine dining restaurants.
What other news is there from your company ?
In early 2013, IDS NEXT launched RezNext, a fully owned subsidiary of IDS NEXT. RezNext offers real-time, two-way online connectivity between a hotel’s property management system and a host of distribution channels.
The platform offers hoteliers a number of solutions namely channel manager, revenue management, online reputation management, mobile room booking channels, web booking engine, business intelligence, GDS and OTA interface.
What is your best seller?
Our best seller is our Fortune Suite of solutions namely FortuneNEXT 6i Enterprise, FortuneNEXT 6i Professional, FortuneNEXT 6i Express and FortuneNEXT 6i Genie. We have 3200 plus hotels across market segment and size using this software. One of the main reasons for the popularity of these enterprise class solutions is that they are integrated solutions, offering both front office and back office.
This enables hotels to reduce their software and hardware investment, avoid annual software licensing costs and do away with integration issues. Our ERP also runs on a single database and thus data can be seamlessly accessed across departments through a single entry.
What do you offer hotels above and beyond expectation?
At IDS NEXT Business Solutions, we don’t only sell an ERP to hospitality entities. We offer them a host of add on products to further empower their hotel software.
We believe in helping our clients whenever they need us. For this we have our 24/7 technical support centre. Now our clients can reach us through call, mail, chat or SMS.
In order to enhance security at hotels using our software we went beyond government requirements and made our FortuneNEXT 6i Software PA DSS Compliance.
