We employ more than 300 people.

Tell us about the company’s performance?
Quadriga has more than 30 years’ experience serving the hospitality sector, supporting more than 300,000 guest rooms and is number one in Europe and number two globally. We are pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy to support the business requirements of our customers, the world’s leading hotel brands.

What’s your company vision?
Through an ever-growing portfolio of best-in-class products, services and content, and a global footprint that extends across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, Quadriga provides customers with the flexibility and reassurance that they can obtain a complete and relevant technology solution that meets their business revenue, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency targets, all from a single partner.

We will continue to leverage our capabilities and deep knowledge of the hospitality sector to create flexible solutions and products that harness the latest technologies and meet ever evolving customer needs and guest expectations.

What are your core products and services for the hospitality industry?
Quadriga’s range of TV and mobile communications platforms, easy-to-use guest internet solutions, network management, consultancy and delivery services and multimedia content means we can work with our customers to converge today’s disparate technologies to create a technology ecosystem that delivers unequalled guest service and hotel operational efficiency.

Sensiq is a third generation, TV-based digital IP guest communication and entertainment system, installed in thousands of hotel rooms around the world. Now incorporating our new mobile PMN app, Sensiq also features an integrated internet solution, which provides Wi-Fi and wired connectivity and is supported by a range of bandwidth management capabilities.

With a proven track record of product development and working with technology partners who are leaders in their field, we specialise in integrating and optimising internet, network and IPTV technologies to create products which meet the needs of hotels and their guests, today and tomorrow.

What new products have you launched recently?
Quadriga is currently engaged with many hoteliers around the world to install its new, award-winning Personal Media Network mobile application, a technology solution for enabling streaming functionality to and from the various guest devices and the in-room TV, as well as connecting guests to important hotel revenue items like food and beverage services. The PMN app is an extension of our established Sensiq TV platform and synchronises the TV with the guest’s mobile device to deliver a unified entertainment experience.

What other news is there from your company this year?
In addition to the Personal Media Network mobile application being awarded HTNG’s ‘Most Innovative Technology Award 2012’ at this year’s HTNG North American conference in Atlanta, USA, we have recently announced the following:
• A suite of Smart TV solutions from LG, Philips and Samsung, fully integrated with Quadriga’s Sensiq platform and the mobile PMN app.
• A new cost-efficient, innovative solution, CoCo, to bring high-speed IP infrastructure to customer hotels utilising existing coaxial cabling.

Additionally we have been busy expanding our operations in the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. We have also announced new contracts with many leading hotel brands around the world, including Pullman Hotels and Resorts, one of Accor’s luxury brands, which has selected Quadriga as its preferred single partner to create a unique guest technology ecosystem across its 80 properties worldwide.

What do you offer hotels above and beyond expectation?
Quadriga has unrivalled expertise and more than 10 years experience in managing hotel networks, internet provision and digital IP systems, with more than 120,000 internet rooms. As well as our modular technology, which ensures that new hotel and guest applications can be added over time and that solutions are both flexible and scalable, our core competencies support the complex infrastructure needs of our customers, helping hotels to navigate increasingly complex technology and convergence challenges and realise return on investment.

Quadriga is uniquely able to deliver a consistent guest experience for its hotel customers, across different geographies, different devices, different platforms and different infrastructures, and crucially, we are structured to provide installation, support and maintenance services in a consistent manner wherever our customers do business.
