New director of F&B joins Park Rotana Abu Dhabi

Ameya Sapre has joined the team at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi as the new director of food and beverage.

Prior to joining Rotana, Sapre worked with Harrods Restaurants in the UK, where he was involved in the opening of the award-winning pop up restaurant French Laundry with chef Thomas Kellar.

The Indian national has also worked with global hospitality companies including Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide.

In his new role at Park Rotana by Abu Dhabi, Sapre will manage the complex’s six F&B venues.
