No.5 Lounge & Bar offers ‘Arabic Sushi’

Having first being served at the hotel’s Ramadan Iftar, the Ritz-Carlton, DIFC will be offering ‘Arabic Sushi’, created by executive chef Ron Pietruszkaon, permanently on the menu of the hotel’s No.5 Lounge & Bar. The Arabic sushi will be distinctly Japanese in presentation and include an array of Middle Eastern fillings such as shawarma with Arabic pickles.
