Rose Rayhaan by Rotana appoints director of HR

Rose Rayhan by Rotana, Dubai has appointed Luka Soc as its new director of human resources.

Prior to joining Rose Rayhaan, Soc was the assistant director of human resources at Amwaj Rotana Dubai, where his key responsibilities were to handle the recruitment, interviews, administrative policies, sourcing and orientation of new colleagues.

As director of HR at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, Soc will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s human resources operations for almost 300 employees.

Rose Reyhaan by Rotana general manager said: “We’re excited to have Luka join our management team – his knowledge and expertise will be of tremendous asset to us as we continue to improve our operations.”

Soc began his career as a trainee in Greece before enrolling in Rotana’s TAROT (The Accelerated Refinement of Talent) program, an 18-month fast track development program for high potential individuals in the group.

Following his completion of the TAROT program, Soc was appointed as HR officer at Towers Rotana and was later promoted to assistant director of human resources, a position he has held for more than three years at various Rotana properties including Al Murooj Rotana, Dubai.
