Following its strong growth in the UAE, online restaurant reservations and table management system Table4ME is now available in Bahrain, Qatar and KSA, and now has the ability to take bookings directly on Twitter.
Since January this year Table4ME has seen its portfolio of hotel and independent restaurants grow through the addition of several five-star restaurants in the market.
New restaurant partners include El Sur restaurant at the Westin Mina Seyahi, The Media One Hotel and seven restaurants at the newly opened Sofitel Palm Jumeirah in Dubai as well as the two outlets at the Monte Carlo Beach Club on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.
“It is very encouraging to see that more and more restaurants in the UAE are uncovering what I call the power of E-F&B; the ability to instantly market restaurants to clients on their preferred platform or channel, and to offer instant confirmations for online reservations making the restaurant booking process quick, smooth, easy to manage and rich in data capture” said Table4Me managing partner Tiina-Maija Bergman.
Following the company’s extensive growth in the UAE, Table4ME has decided to widen its regional reach and now serves hotels and restaurants in Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Over two thirds of Table4ME’s clients are now using one or more of the company’s bespoke online booking widgets allowing them to convert more restaurant reservations online.
Since August this year, restaurants using the Table4ME technology can take bookings directly on Twitter and even send out ‘Twitter only’ promotions to followers, providing hoteliers and restaurateurs with yet another tool to instantly market to their customers, fans and followers, which is ideal for low season, slower days and quiet meal times.
With the addition of Twitter, Table4ME now offers its restaurant partners a number of dedicated online booking channels on restaurant and hotel websites, mobile sites, mobile apps as well as on Facebook. Each restaurant (or group of outlets) can also have their bespoke online channels developed and some of the more innovative Table4ME clients are already using this feature.
Table4ME’s technology is not just used by hotels and independent restaurants. This summer, The Dubai World Trade Centre implemented Table4Me’s online restaurant reservations and table management system for its Ramadan Majlis, which featured 1000+ covers for Iftar and Suhoor every evening throughout the holy month. Over this period they processed nearly 24,000 covers through the system, off which 5% through online production.
Bergman added: “More and more of our clients are upgrading their subscription to the full PRO version of our technology allowing them to manage their marketing campaigns and loyalty programs online, receive feedback and offer online payment.”
