Jamie's Italian launches second Dubai restaurant

Jamie’s Italian has launched its second restaurant in Dubai, at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The restaurant’s menu will feature a selection of popular items served at the Dubai Festival City outlet. Dishes include Jamie’s Italian planks, lamb chops lollipops, and a range of fresh pasta dishes made onsite everyday. Dessert options comprise chocolate brownie and a vanilla ricotta cheesecake among other sweet treats.

Speaking at the launch, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver said: “I’m thrilled by the response we’ve received as a team since opening our first Jamie’s Italian in Dubai. At our second restaurant, we’ll still be serving up all the dishes that you’ve said you love to eat when you visit us, but we’ll also be giving you some exciting new dishes on our specials board, from our amazing team of chefs.“

Jumeirah Beach Hotel general manager Mahmoud Sakr added: “We are very excited about the opening of Jamie’s Italian. We’re sure that it will be a great addition to our restaurant portfolio adding another award-winning outlet which sits perfectly within our family resort.”

The first Jamie’s Italian outlet opened in Dubai in 2011 at Dubai Festival City. Other Jamie’s Italian restaurants around the world are located in Russia, Turkey, Australia, Singapore, and Ireland.
