Rotana Rewards loyalty scheme earns an upgrade

Rotana has announced a range of new features and rewards that will be available to the more than 20,000 active Rotana Rewards members.

Members of Rotana’s three loyalty programmes (Exclusive, Select and Classic) will be able to enjoy easier online management of their membership profiles, the ability to redeem loyalty points via the Rotana Mobile App for Android and iOS devices, as well as an enhanced choice of more than 1100 gifts and rewards.

According to Rotana, the Exclusive Rotana Rewards programme is one of the most successful hospitality loyalty cards in the region with more than 20,000 active members and a renewal ratio of 72%. The card offers members exclusive privileges such as late check-out, VIP treatment, room upgrades, complimentary dining, discounts on room rates and the ability to earn points when spending at any Rotana hotel or food and beverage outlet,

With Rotana Rewards Select, guests can access services such as VIP amenities and late check-out, as well as earning double points on partner airline frequent flyer programmes and points from dining or staying with Rotana.

Rotana Rewards Classic is a programme specifically tailored for corporate clients that regularly book hotel, conference and banquet facilities and offers the opportunity to combine business with leisure through earning and redeeming points.
