Holiday Inn Dubai reappoints executive chef

Chef Sameh Awad Youssef has returned to Holiday Inn Dubai, Al Barsha as the new executive chef.

Chef Youssef was originally part of the hotel’s opening team and served the hotel as executive sous chef, contributing to the training of the kitchen staff as well as the soft opening of the various food and beverage outlets at the hotel.

Holiday Inn Dubai, Al Barsha resident director Roxana Jaffer welcomed Chef Youssef’s return saying: “With a proven track record of so many years, Sameh will be a true asset to the hotel once again. During the course of his career, Chef Youssef has been associated with hotel chains across the world and has won accolades as an executive chef and hospitality consultant responsible for kitchen outlets across Dubai and Qatar.
