Ninety students from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management received their degrees on November 16, making it the hospitality school’s largest graduating class yet.

Of the 90 graduates, 80 completed the Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management, while 10 others completed a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management degree.

Commenting on the graduating class, EAHM managing director Ron Hilvert said: “With Dubai’s growth in the hospitality and tourism sector, there will be many opportunities for our graduates to demonstrate the skills and knowledge they have acquired during their time with us at EAHM. We will continue to deliver to the industry the highest calibre of individuals who will be leading the growth of the industry both locally and internationally.”

According to EAHM, 96% of the school’s graduates have been employed within the first six months of graduation. More than 450 alumni now work in over 90 countries and have been employed by more than 100 companies worldwide.

The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management is a part of luxury hotel company Jumeirah Group and works in academic association with Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
