Anantara unveils Al Sahel Villa Resort, Abu Dhabi

Antara Hotels Resorts & Spas has launched the Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort on Abu Dhabi’s Sir Bani Yas Island.

The luxury villa resort, which is developed by the Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), comprises 30 villas located in the 4100 hectare Arabian Wildlife Park, offering guests the chance to explore the savannah on nature and wildlife walks.

The resort, designed with couples in mind, only welcomes families with children aged 12 years and older.

The villas come in four configurations - one-bedroom villas, one-bedroom pool villas, and two-bedroom pool villas – and feature a traditional thatched roof design and can by access by 4x4 land cruiser cars.

Dining options at the Anantara Al Sahel Villa Resort include the signature dining venue, Savannah Grill, which offers western favourites and African specialties.

Commenting on the new opening, Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island general manager Steven Philips said: “With the launch of this unique new resort, we are thrilled to have completed our Sir Bani Yas Island offering to appeal to the most discerning of international and domestic travellers.”
