Damac's first Dubai hotel apartments now open

Damac Properties has opened its first luxury serviced apartments project in Dubai, with the Damac Maison, Dubai Mall Street property to be managed by the company’s hospitality arm ‘Damac Maison’.

Residents and guests at Damac Maison, Dubai Mall Street will be able to enjoy a 24-hour concierge and maid service, with the Maison Café restaurant, “the Propaganda” terrace café and the “Chrysalis SPA” also available.

Damac Properties senior vice president Niall McLoughlin said: “The location and refined quality is what distinguishes ‘Damac Maison - Dubai Mall Street’ from many other projects in Dubai. Designed by award winning German architects Koschany & Zimmer, ‘Damac Maison - Dubai Mall Street’ is Damac Properties’ first service hotel apartment project.
