What is your newest product?
This year at Gulfood, Manitowoc will be showcasing a bespoke, folding hinged suite to display the unique capabilities and exciting possibilities of our Garland Induction Module Line range.
Why is this product special?
The suite consists of induction hobs and a wok, showcasing our advanced manufacturing of more traditional induction systems. The induction griddle, braising pan and quad system are introduced to the region as our more recent innovations. All of the equipment is available with a modular system where the induction ‘engines’ — up to 10kw generators — can be controlled up to three metres away from the suite, eliminating the risk of grease and water ingress and allowing for easy, unobtrusive maintenance.
Why does my hotel need this product and what benefits will it offer my team?
This Garland module line enables you to build your kitchen exactly to your requirements with multiple applications across core pieces, for example, the hob and wok, plus more specialist items such as the griddle and braising pan. The main benefits are around energy consumption, easy cleaning and safety. All of the energy goes into the pan, which is at a very cool temperature to work with and provides a pleasant and safe working environment. The unit is also very easy and quick to clean. The griddle and braising pan have fast heat up and fast recovery, saving time and reducing energy costs. Remote generators allow for ‘plug and play’ operation – in case of any technical issues they can be replaced instantly with a spare. With no downtime, your kitchen is always operational.
