Artisan cafe Eric Kayser relaunches UAE franchise

The venue is located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall offering both indoor seating and a spacious terrace accommodating 70, featuring freshly baked breads and other French delicacies.

Think Food Company chairman Mohammad El Kashashy said: "We are extremely proud of adding such a prestigious brand to our growing portfolio and invite the food lovers of Dubai to come and indulge in some of the finest French food in the region.

"It is our ambition to make Eric Kayser the best bakery in town, driven by a neighbourhood approach and marked by superb quality bread and other artisan products. The re-opening of the UAE venue is just the beginning of our plans for the brand in the UAE."

Founder Eric Kayser is a fourth-generation French boulanger, and at the venue, all items are prepared from scratch on a daily basis, with a commitment to the finest ingredients and baking techniques.

Kayser said: "Good bread doesn’t lie: it says everything about the quality of its ingredients and the know-how of its creator. Being a good baker means making a little miracle every day. That is my passion and I couldn’t be more excited to introduce an enhanced version of the brand to the international audience of Dubai."

In addition to signature breads, Eric Kayser offers a number of French-inspired dishes, including: authentic croissants and pastries, sandwiches, tartines, and healthy yet innovative salads such as lentille du fermier or quinoa tabbouleh, mains including poulet au pistache or filet de saumon papillote, and the dessert menu includes fondant au chocolat, berry berry crepe or pain perdu.
