Ritz-Carlton launches The Gachetronomer's Night

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal has launched The Gachetronomer’s Night, a dine-around, chef’s table experience named after executive chef David Gache.


Small groups will join Gache on the first Saturday of every month to experience drinks at Sorso bar, starters and dim sum at Southeast restaurant Li Jiang, USDA prime beef steak and multiple sauces and sides at The Forge, and home made cakes and ice cream at Dolce.


The interactive experience enables guests to don special aprons and have tours of the kitchens, try noodle pulling in Li Jiang and grill steaks in The Forge, as well as ask Gache and his team of chefs about the provenance of the dishes and the cooking techniques involved.


The dining experience is priced at AED 450++ including soft drinks and AED 650++ with wine pairings.
