“There is huge growth and potential in the region with the Expo 2020 and Qatar World Cup 2022 which has created a demand for skilled hospitality professionals. As a result we have seen increased interest for our hospitality, event and sports management programs.”

At the event there were also presentations about the schools, programs and worldwide campuses. Each school focused on hospitality career options and worldwide trends and gave an introduction to their campuses and the postgraduate and undergraduate programmes offered.

“The Swiss approach to hospitality education combines theoretical and practical learning as well as professional development,” added Saba.

“This sets Swiss hotel management courses apart from other hospitality management courses and equips our students to immediately take up positions of responsibility in the hospitality sector.”
