Delayed Ayla Bawadi Hotel to open in June 2014

Ayla Hotels and Resorts will open its second property in Al Ain – the Ayla Bawadi Hotel – in June 2014. The hotel will open over a year after its original scheduled opening in early 2013.

The four-star hotel will offer 90 rooms and suites and three F&B outlets, including an all-day dining outlet and a café.

Other facilities at the dry hotel will include a rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, a health club, and two meeting rooms.

Ayla Hotels and Resorts general manager Mohamed Soussan said: “We are proud to announce the opening of Ayla’s second Hotel, and our main focus is increasing awareness of Al Ain as a destination and our brand, as well as attracting more visitors in our Green Oasis. Therefore, Ayla Bawadi Hotel has been carefully designed to reflect the local tradition in modern style.

“Together with Camel Market, Central Souq and Bawadi Mall, Ayla Bawadi Hotel will complete this bustling spot with its accommodation, dining facilities, rooftop swimming pool and meeting rooms.”

A third hotel in Al Ain, the Ayla Grand – which was also delayed – is scheduled to open by the end of the year.
