Grand Millennium Dubai promotes revenue director

Grand Millennium Dubai has promoted Oussama Chalak to the role of resident manager.

Chalak, who was previously director of revenue at the hotel, has been with the property for more than six years.

He began his career with Hilton Hotels, relocating within the Gulf between UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia while he worked with international brands.

Commenting on his promotion, Grand Millennium Dubai general manager Peter Mansourian said: “Oussama's thorough grounding in hotel reservations, revenue management, team leadership and operations make him an ideal candidate to take over as resident manager”.

The Lebanese national holds a business degree from Computer International College in Beirut and career development certificate in hotel revenue management from Cornell University.
