Busaba Eathai to launch in the UAE at JBR The Walk

Caterer Middle East can reveal that Alan Yau's concept Busaba Eathai is going to open in Dubai, UAE in 2014.

The first international location for the London-based brand will be in Dubai, on JBR The Walk, overlooking the beach.

Busaba's local partner is Ikram Group, which is the foodservices arm of Al Mana Group and already runs La Maison du Chocolat in the Middle East. It is run by Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana.

While no more information is being made available, the opening date for Dubai's Busaba Eathai is confirmed to be around end of November or beginning of December this year.

Caterer earlier reported that Jumeirah's Jason Myers is leaving the UAE firm to take the helm at Busaba Eathai as its CEO starting July 2014.
