The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi is set to hold an indoor Olympics charity event on 23 August in the resort’s Ballroom.
The event will involve teams of 10 taking part across 10 arenas in activities including archery, giant twister, and a water relay challenge.
All proceeds will go to Starwood’s Roads to Awareness (R2A) campaign which, since 2008, has been aimed at making a positive difference to children in the communities Starwood operates in.
Every year between April and November, Starwood employees throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East organise fundraising events to support UNICEF, the children’s rights and emergency relief organisation.
Teams wishing to participate in the Indoor Olympics at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island must register by August 7, with a cost of AED5000 (US $1361) per team.
