New executive chef at Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah

Sandeep Kamal has joined the team at Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah as the new executive chef.

The Indian national brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role. He has previously worked in India, Oman, and UAE and was executive chef at several hotels, including the Ibis Hotel New Delhi, Holiday Inn Al Barsha in Dubai, and Park Inn Hotel, Muscat.

Prior to that, Kamal was executive sous chef at Radisson Blu Media City, Dubai, chef de partie at Grand Hyatt Dubai, and executive sous chef at Holiday Inn, Manali.

Kamal holds a diploma in management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition in Bhubaneshwar, India.

He is also a senior member of the Emirates Culinary Guild, and a founding member of Oman Chefs Guild.
