Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris chef at Bushido, Bahrain

Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris executive sushi chef Masato Nakabayashi will be popping in to Bushido, Bahrain for a week.

Titled 'Masato Week', the chef will be working with the team from September 29 and October 3 to develop new sushi, maki and sashimi dishes. along with creating fresh items at Bushido's live sushi counter.

The end of the week will be a highlight, with a special sushi show at the Bushido Friday Brunch. The show will include a live cooking station, with Nakabayashi providing comments and explanations during the demo.

Born in a small town located by the ocean in Japan, Nakabayashi has decades of experience and currently works in Buddha-Bar’s flagship hotel in Paris. He spends most of his time developing recipes and training new sushi chefs for Buddha-Bar outlets worldwide.

Bushido Restaurant & Lounge is located in Seef District, Bahrain (near the Ritz-Carlton Hotel).
