Park Inn to open in Jumeirah Village Triangle

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has added Park Inn by Radisson Residence Dubai Jumeirah Village Triangle to its development pipeline.

The property featuring 261 studios and apartments is scheduled to open in Q2 2017. It brings Carlson Rezidor’s portfolio in Dubai to 14 hotels with around 3300 rooms in operation and under development.

The Park Inn by Radisson Residence Dubai Jumeirah Village Triangle will be a twenty nine-storey construction comprising 261 studios, one and two bedroom apartments.

Facilities will include an outdoor pool, fitness centre, and a multi-purpose meeting room. Dining outlets planned are an all-day dining, a lobby lounge and a gourmet pantry.

Park Inn by Radisson is Carlson Rezidor’s core brand within the midmarket segment.

Currently being refreshed as a young, dynamic and colourful brand Park Inn by Radisson targets the Gen X and Gen Y markets.
