JM Posner
Catering supplier JM Posner will be displaying the SQ5 Cascade chocolate fountain, its first three-colour fountain. Providing the ideal centrepiece to stop customers in their tracks, it gives the impression of three chocolate rivers running around and in between each other and has a maximum capacity of 12kg. Stölzle Lausitz
Stölzle Lausitz will be presenting its Vulcano wine glass, which features an aroma cone in the foot of the glass designed to ensure that the bouquet and flavour of the wine are intensively experienced. The balanced shape of the glass, with organic contours, is based on the natural model of an apple, while the flavour cone in the centre of the goblet’s bottom has a shape reminiscent of the classic form of a volcano. Equally suitable for white and red wines, its proportions also allow for easy swirling. It is complemented in the Vulcano collection by two tumblers, the higher, stretched variant with a volume of 660 ml, and the shallower tumbler with a volume of 475 ml.
