American reality TV star Paris Hilton has been announced as one of the international celebrities who will visit Dubai for the opening of the city's latest posh restaurant Clé.

The Hilton heiress will be accompanied by the likes of Russian model Irina Sahyk - the girlfriend of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo - and Brazilian Victoria’s Secret angel Alessandra Ambrosio.

Clé Dubai, a homegrown restaurant that features Michelin-starred Chef Greg Malouf’s award-winning contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine, promises to be one of the hottest new destinations in town.

Paris Hilton announced her attendance at the restaurant's official opening on her official Twitter and Instagram pages.

The socialite turned celebrity was last in Dubai for the filming of the fourth and final incarnation of the “My New BFF” franchise where she searches for her new best friend in the Middle East. Filming took place in 2009 and after many delays, this season premiered on MTV in several countries during April, 2011.

“We are all extremely excited to open the doors of Clé Dubai in the next week. Clé Dubai is definitely more than just a new addition to the vibrant culinary and nightlife scene of the country. From having a Michelin-starred chef serving his cuisine on a daily basis, launch events with international celebrities, to the surprises to be revealed after the opening, Clé Dubai is a truly unique concept never before seen in the UAE,” said Nicolas Pierre, general manager.

Located at the Podium level of Al Fattan Currency House, DIFC, the restaurant officially opens to the public on October 13. But the star-studded launch will take place on the October 10 and 11, with a soft opening taking place for Dubai’s elite this Friday, October 3.
