Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi Downtown now open

InterContinental Hotels Group opened the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi Downtown on October 8, marking the fifth IHG property in Abu Dhabi and the second Holiday Inn branded hotel in the capital.

Located near the Abu Dhabi corniche, the hotel, which was previously the Sands Hotel, targets business and leisure travellers.

Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi Downtown offers 257 rooms, a rooftop swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and a 24-hour business centre.

F&B outlets at the hotel include all-day dining restaurant La Piazza, Chequers Bar and Restaurant, Harvesters Pub, and Asian restaurant Tipar Bar & Restaurant.
