Damac opens second Dubai Burj hotel apartments

Damac Properties has opened a 211-key hotel apartment tower in the Burj Area of Dubai, its second project in the shopping and tourism district.

Canal Views follows on from the launch of Damac Maison – Dubai Mall Street at the end of 2013. The new property is being managed and serviced by the Dubai-based developer’s hospitality division, Damac Maison.

It comprises a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom suite, with each unit coming complete with complimentary internet access, a fully-fitted kitchen, and cable TV.

“Canal Views offers a different ambience and style to DAMAC Maison – Dubai Mall Street, but with the same exemplary service standards our guests have come to expect from DAMAC Maison,” said Damac Properties senior vice president Niall McLoughlin.

“We look forward to welcoming families and business visitors from all over the world, to enjoy the luxury service standards in a prime location with great views, perfectly positioned to explore everything Dubai has to offer.”

Damac said the tower, which has views of Burj Al Arab, was inspired by the clean, open and modern designs seen in hospitality projects within big metropolitan cities such as New York, London and Paris.

Facilities at the property include the Maison café located on the third floor, serving international cuisine, a lounge area and terrace, swimming pool, steam room, sauna and open-air Jacuzzi.
