New appointments at Habtoor Grand Beach Resort

Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa has appointed Alison Stockton as recreation manager and Laura Dickinson as sales and marketing manager.

Stockton, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the fitness, health and hospitality industries, will oversee and develop the hotel’s recreation and spa business.

She has previously worked with leading brands around the world and was most recently director at AJ Fitness, a personal training operation based in the UK.

Commenting on her appointment, Stockton said: “I’m excited to have the opportunity to bring my experience, enthusiasm and new ideas to one of the biggest names in the hospitality industry.”

“The Beach Resort & Spa has incredible amenities for adults and juniors, with the luxurious Elixir Spa three pool’s, as well as its fitness, tennis and squash facilities. I can’t wait to play a vital role in ensuring each delivers the best possible experience for all members, guests and visitors,” she added.

In her role as sales and marketing manager, Laura Dickinson will oversee the entire Habtoor Hotels portfolio.

Prior to joining Habtoor Grand, Dickinson successfully developed multi-channel marketing and sales strategies for revenue growth for a number of restaurants and venues in London.

Discussing her new role, Dickinson said: “I am very much looking forward to this new challenge. I’m keen to start supporting my new colleagues across all Habtoor outlets and implement strategies that will help grow and develop our exciting range of food, beverage and hospitality offerings.”
