Chez Sushi launches third outlet in franchise

Fast-casual Japanese dining concept Chez Sushi has opened a new outlet in Bay Avenue, Business Bay, and is set to open another in Arabian Ranches 2 in March 2015.

With the UAE’s first home-grown sushi restaurant opening in Dubai in early 2013, Chez Sushi gives diners the chance to try out their own sushi variations, with organically fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Managing partner Hiba Kosta said: “We are extremely excited by the success of Chez Sushi – across the GCC region – and are delighted to be able to be continuing to offer this fun and interactive sushi concept to a greater number of lovers of Japanese food.”

“With Dubai well-known for its frantic pace, the fast-casual dining concept has been an immediate hit with customers across the city. The fresh twist of empowering the diner to create their own sushi, freshly prepared and rolled according to each individual’s tastes, has also been a resounding success of the Chez Sushi concept,” added Kosta.

Chez Sushi offers a full menu, including: Japanese appetizers, salads, sushi platters, crispy tempura rock shrimp, and chicken or beef bento boxes.
