Latest Recipe to open at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi

Latest Recipe is to open tomorrow (December 2) at Le Méridien Abu Dhabi, showcasing dishes from around the world  by collaborating with other Le Méridien hotels for the first 80 days.

'Around Le Méridien world in 80 days' will start with Emirati cuisine and culture to celebrate UAE National Day, kicking off the journey around Le Méridien culinary world. It will feature Emirati dishes, traditional Arabic coffee, local tea and luqaimat sweets.

There will be prominent elements from the Emirati culture, like Arabic calligrapher, a henna painter, an Oud player and a falconer to make the event a traditional affair. Trio del Soul, Acropolis band and “Daniel Batchelor” solo guitarist will also be part of the celebration.

After the inaugural celebrations, the culinary journey will continue to Indonesia, China, Bahrain, India, Egypt, Germany, UK, Mexico, USA, KSA, Russia, Seychelles, Nigeria, Morocco, French Polynesia, Thailand, Canada, Australia, Cambodia, Shanghai, Malaysia, Cameroon, Croatia, Spain and finishing in France at Le Méridien Etoile the first Méridien hotel opened in the world, back in 1970.
