Nikki Beach to make ME debut in Dubai in H2 2015

Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to open a new property in Dubai in partnership with Meraas Holding.

The operator was originally meant to launch The Pearl, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa in Qatar in February 2012, but recently confirmed to sister title Arabian Business that it had pulled out of Doha.

Located on Meraas Holding’s Pearl Jumeira development, the 52,000 square metre resort will feature a 400 metre beachfront, hotel rooms, suites, villas, branded residences, three restaurants, a VIP lounge, Nikki Spa by ESPA, Tone Fitness Center, and the brand’s popular Beach Club.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has been designed in collaboration with DSA Architects International, with interiors by Gatserelia Design.

The hotel will comprise 132 units, including 117 rooms and suites, 14 Ultra Beach Villas in one- and two-bedroom configurations, and one three-bedroom Ultimate Beach Villa.

The resort will also include 61 banded residences with a mix of one, two, three, and four bedroom residences, townhouses, and a penthouses.

Café Nikki will feature an open kitchen and international cuisine, while Nikki Beach Restaurant & Beach Club will be located by the pool.

Located on the second floor of the main beach club, the VIP lounge will feature a caviar and champagne bar. The resort will also feature a California-style speciality seafood restaurant located on the beach.
