Two Michelin stars for Gagnaire's Tokyo restaurant

Pierre Gagnaire’s namesake restaurant at ANA InterContinental Tokyo has retained its two Michelin-star rating for the fifth consecutive year. Gagnaire currently has 13 restaurants worldwide, including Refletts par Pierre Gagnaire at InterContinental Dubai Festival City.

ANA InterContinental Tokyo’s area general manager greater Tokyo and general manager Markus Platzer, said, “We are honoured to be awarded with two Michelin stars for five consecutive years. Since we embarked on this partnership back in 2010, Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo has helped set ANA InterContinental Tokyo as a destination for exceptional dining. We are very pleased to be continuing our collaboration with Chef Gagnaire, and I have no doubt his enduring passion and wonderful culinary team here at the hotel will continue to serve and present unforgettable experiences for our guests.”
