The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC has launched catering service, branded as ‘Artful Dining’, to extend its dining and service experience to private events, hosted outside of the hotel in Dubai.
The service includes arrangements for intimate cocktail receptions to large-scale banquets, with a bespoke menu for cocktails, canapés and banquets devised by the hotel’s culinary team.
“Attending exclusive parties and private events in the UAE is commonplace, but with ‘Artful Dining’ we want to elevate the experience by providing exceptional cuisine, paired with the legendary Ritz-Carlton service," said Ritz-Carlton, DIFC general manager Lothar Quarz.
"The idea is to add some Ritz-Carlton ‘fairy dust’ to private events, creating a truly unique and memorable experience for the host and guests alike.”
Creative canapé options available via ‘Artful Dining’ include lipstick-shaped gazpacho, goat’s cheese lollipops or pasta carbonara served inside an egg yolk, whilst the sweet options range from black forest cube pops, to olive oil madeleines with lemon jus and chocolate powder. And the banquet menus features a range of cuisines from sushi to the more traditional options.
In addition, every client is aided by a dedicated event organiser, and servicing staff to offer the same level of service as offered with the hotel’s premises.
