Jumeirah Beach hotel opens Beach Lounge

Jumeirah Beach hotel has opened a seaside lounge in front of Villa Beach restaurant.

The lounge will service Andalusian tapas and features cabanas, fire-pits, high tables and lounge-style seating spread across various levels of decking.

Louise Oakley, director of sales and marketing for Jumeirah Restaurant Group Dubai, said: “We are extremely excited about opening Beach Lounge - it is a venue that emanates style without any pretention.

"In a city of stunning vistas, we’d say this is the best one in town with unmatched views.”

Open from 5pm until late daily, Beach Lounge has views of the Dubai coastline and is situated at the foot of Burj Al Arab.

Beach Lounge opens with a special initiative called post-to-pay. Guests are invited to upload their favourite picture of the lounge with the hashtag #beachloungepost2pay to Instagram as payment for a signature cocktail.

The post-to-pay beverage is available until 31 March and is limited to one per person between 5-7pm, daily.
