Entry deadline extended for Caterer Awards 2015
The nomination deadline for the Caterer Middle East Awards 2015 has been extended until Sunday, April 5 due to the volume of interest, with the nominations link closing at 11:59pm.
This extension has been granted to allow for any last-minute entrants, and there will be no further deadline revision past this date.
As the only awards ceremony created by industry-insiders for the F&B industry in the Middle East, this is an opportunity for you and your colleagues to be recognised by your peers for the effort you put into creating and maintaining your F&B outlet.
The shortlist will be announced by the second week of May, and winners will be revealed at the awards night at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City on June 10.
Judged by a panel of industry experts (who will be announced in a few days), the Caterer Middle East Awards will recognise the top outlets and top performers in 15 categories.
This year’s awards are divided into 15 categories over two sections – people and outlets.
The categories are:
- Head chef of the year – Hotel
- Head chef of the year – Standalone
- Pastry Chef of the Year
- Restaurant Manager of the Year
- Sommelier of the Year
- Waiter of the Year
- Bartender of the Year
- Kitchen Hero of the Year
- Restaurant Team of the Year – Hotel
- Restaurant Team of the Year – Standalone
- Bar Team of the Year
- Events Catering Team of the Year
- Restaurateur of the Year
- Casual Dining Team of the Year
- Chief Steward of the Year
