Toshi, Grand Millennium Dubai’s Pan Asian restaurant, is expected to close down for renovation in June 2015. The restaurant will undergo a comprehensive makeover, after six years of operation.
Peter Mansourian, general manager, Grand Millennium Dubai said: “The management has decided it’s time to give this much loved outlet a well-thought revamp. There are big plans for the refurbishment as it will go beyond restoring the place - rather it will open its doors to its guests by end of the summer with a new look and feel all together that will impress UAE residents and visitors.
“The new look will bring with it a brighter look and feel for the place, and an innovative display of what the menus have to offer. With its contemporary feel, it breaks out from the tradition a little with modern live entertainment music to fill the ambience. We are expected to close the outlet for this renovation process in June and the completion dates will be announced soon,” he added.
He further added that while the seating capacity and [panoramic view of the city will remain intact, the menu will also be improvised.
“There will be a menu change with plenty of new dishes from all the Asian cuisines under this roof to attract newcomers as well. The outlets specialised chefs are already busy creating those menus.”
