As part of its Akoya Oxygen development in Dubailand, Damac Properties has announced it will be offering its holiday villas for purchase.
The luxury villas will range in size from three- to six-bed and will feature home comforts such as kitted-out kitchens, private gardens, sound systems and even their own library and will have a starting price of US $477,463 (AED1.75bn) for the three-bed option.
Nova Hotels and Villas will offer a chance to purchase a holiday ome in the development which is a new part of Damac’s portolio.
Damac executive director Ziad El Chair, said: “There is considerable investor appetite for turnkey hotel-type projects which can be their vacation/second homes.
“Damac Properties' senior VP Niall McLoughlin said: “Nova Hotel Villas will be the best option for a second home in Dubai. Owners will be able to enjoy peace of mind that their home is cared for 24/7."
The villas will also use energy-efficient materials, low emission paints and solar water heating systems.
Villa owners will also have access to the new Trump World Golf Club in Dubai, designed by Tiger Woods.
