Dusit International and Al Masr Holding LLC have signed an agreement for the Thai operator to manage an additional two properties in the UAE.
DusitD2 Tecom Dubai, marking the brand’s debut in the Middle East.
When it opens in 2016, hotel will comprise 235 guest rooms and will feature two restaurants, a lobby lounge, fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa.
A second D2 property – the DusitD2 Residence Al Manzel Abu Dhabi will open in the UAE capital’s commercial district in January 2016.
The serviced residence property will offer 216 units with a business centre, meeting facilities, two restauarants, health centre, pool, and sauna.
Dusit International CEO and managing director Chanin Donavanik said: “We are extremely proud that our relationship with Al Masar Holding LLC has grown on the back of our strong track record with the Dusit Residence Dubai Marina. Additionally, Dusit Residence Dubai Marina will relaunch in July 2016 as Dusit Thani Residence Dubai Marina following an extensive upgrade.
Accommodation options will include one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, as well as a penthouse suite.
Facilities at the property will include a health and fitness centre, swimming pool, steam room, restaurant, waterfront lounge, and meeting facilities.
