The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management's students will be hosting an exhibition on June 28 to showcase their work from a new module within their course.
For the last eight weeks, 24 of the academy's second year students have been working on a food media module, introduced for the first time this year.
During the course of the classes, students worked on skills such as food styling, photography, blogging and writing, with input from a range of industry experts, including My Custard Pie founder Sally Prosser, food stylist Fiona Archibold, photographer Amaresh Bhaskaran, and ITP Business Hospitality Group senior editor Devina Divecha.
The exhibition will be hosted at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management's Icon & Conservatory on June 28 from 4-5pm, with the students' work to be showcased at the exhibition.
