One to One Daar Al Jaffaria opens doors in Makkah

One to One Hotels & Resorts has opened its first Saudi Arabia based property, the 403-key Daar Al Jaffaria, in Makkah.

The property hosted the Kuwait delegation, which went to the property as part of a Ramadan visit to Makkah.

Naser Al Ajmi, head of the delegation, was the first guest to check into the hotel, and was greeted by the cluster general manager Magdy Ayoub and his team.

One to One Hotels & Resorts COO Philippe Harb commented: “With the continued growth in business and religious tourism, we entered KSA market to strengthen our leadership position with four new properties in Makkah and Jeddah.

“To support these major developments, we have launched a new sales and marketing office in Jeddah. Religious tourism is extremely important for our growth and presence in the market”

The hotel is located on Al-Masjid Bin Baz Street and features a lobby lounge café and two restaurants: Al-Jaafriah, serving international cuisine, and Lebanese restaurant, Mais Al Reem.

The hotel is the first of four properties One to One Hotels & Resorts will open in Saudi Arabia in partnership with Al Sharif Ghalib Endowment.

The three other properties comprise One to One – Al Samman, another four-star hotel has 219 rooms and three F&B outlets, and is located on Aziziah, Al Dalil Street.

The five-star One to One – Al Rusaifa, has 228 rooms and three F&B outlets and is located five minutes from Al Masjid Al Haram on Prince Nasser Bin Saud Street

One of the properties, One to One – Down town, will be located in Jeddah’s old town province.

The four-star hotel has 70 rooms and two F&B outlets.
