Six Senses Zighy Bay has appointed Greg Kocsis as the new resort manager.

Kocsis will bring over 15 years of experience to the role and will oversee the resort’s daily operations and development.

“The hospitality industry is a very dynamic field while change doesn’t happen in a decade but even less than a year so we need to embrace change with an open mind as we work in an ever changing and rapidly evolving industry.

"I’m proud and excited to be part of Six Senses family that has become a trendsetter and synonymous with a unique style -authentic, personal and sustainable, and in harmony with individual surroundings," said Kocsis.

A Hungarian national, Kocsis graduated from International Hotel and Restaurant Management from Gundel Karoly-Hungary.

His professional career started as a restaurant manager at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach, California and he has travelled and worked at various locations within the same organisation such as Los Angeles, Budapest, Damascus, and Beirut in Lebanon.

Prior to his current role, he held the position of executive assistant manager of Taj Exotica Resort and Spa in Maldives.
