Crystal Chesters, July 13th, 2015

With six multi-ethnic live cooking stations, the brunch will feature Middle Eastern, Oriental, Asian and Western.

Interactive stations feature an Italian corner with an open pizza oven serving fresh stone baked pizza and homemade pasta.

Salads, lobster, spinach and scallop Dim Sum are some of the starters on offer, while the Asian station offers a variety of noodles and stir fry options.

From the rotisserie, the Sri Lankan devil baby chicken comes with garlic friend rice and a dash of spicy sauce, while Indian dishes include tandoori murgh chicken with a cool mint chutney.

There are also a number of healthy options such as banana leaf wrapped Pollack fillet and vegetable smoothies.

The desert station offers more than 18 flavours of ice cream, and homemade, traditional Arabic and Western delicacies with fresh tropical fruits.

For those with a savoury tooth, there is a wide selection of cheese, including affinated farmed cheese partnered with warm freshly baked breads such as sourdough, focaccia and French loaves.

Beverages include signature cocktails, mocktails, premium champagnes and fine wines from around the world.

For families, ‘Kids for All Seasons’ have created an activity area where children can enjoy fun and games.
