Market by Jean-Georges at W Doha gets refurb

W Doha Hotel & Residences-located Market by Jean-Georges underwent a revamp after six years of operations.

United Design Partnership, a UK-based design company which has worked on more than 200 hotels, spas, residences, bars and restaurants in London, Europe, US, Asia and the Middle East, was commissioned to do the refurbishment.

The new design follows the original concept of international cuisine meets Arab local flavours.

The colours of the new restaurant design remain warm and vibrant. New Calcutta marble steps and worktops offer a polished and refined image consistent with the brand and its culinary offerings, whilst oak and ribbed timber paneling is meant to showcase a rich and rustic side to the restaurant.

Using the latest techniques, antique bronze metalwork has also been incorporated into the interiors.
