Egypt's Gaddis Luxor Hotel undergoing renovation

Gaddis Luxor Hotel and Apartments, one of Egypt’s older, well-known budget hotels, is undertaking major redecoration and is thoroughly upgrading all of its services.

Five of its six floors have been completed, with the remaining work expected to complete soon. The hotel is looked at as one of the country’s best low cost accommodations, with several options to add on and enjoy various cuisines and F&B services.

Gaddis Luxor opened its doors in 1995, and was last renovated in 2011. With a fresh dose of youth injected into the property, the newly revamped hotel apartments will consists of 68 rooms including 11 junior suites and six full sizes apartments. The hotel features four restaurants, two pubs, a coffee shop and a bistro.

Gaddis Luxor is positioned in proximity to historic sites such as the Banana Island and river Nile.

One of the most interesting offerings of the hotel is its round-the-clock doctor service, which patients can book 24 hours for non-emergency medical care.

The hotel has five meeting rooms, which can accommodate as many as 300 guests. Throughout the years gone by, the hotel has played host to several workshops, meetings and events.
