Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre is one of 100 Méridien hotels worldwide to benefit from Starwood’s partnership with Lego, announced last month.
The hotel has launched a family programme, offering children under 12 a discovery guide, outlining top attractions to explore in Bahrain.
“We strive to provide our guests an inspiring stay, not limited to children especially, and with the launch of this programme, we are able to facilitate families in providing an enriching and entertaining stay to their children as well,” said Klaus Niefer, general manager of Westin and Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre.
Places listed in the discovery guide include Al Areen Wildlife Park, Dolphin Park, and Wahooo! Waterpark, as well as Bahrain’s national museum.
Young guests are also presented with a Lego welcome amenity kit upon check-in.
This launch is in line with a global mission of Le Méridien to encourage children to get creative and have an educational experience while staying at the hotel.
To support the launch of the programme, the Lego mascot from City Centre Bahrain’s Lego City in made an appearance in the hotel lobby.
Young guests engaged in a meet and greet photo opportunity and were also presented with little Lego edible chocolate blocks and Lego boxes as gifts.
