The Four Seasons Doha Spa and Wellness Centre is searching for its next director of spa to provide leadership to the Spa Department.
Four Seasons recently won the Hotelier Middle East Salary Survey award for best hospitality company to work for in the Middle East.
Housed within its own three-storey building with beachfront views, the Four Seasons Hotel Doha spa features 11 treatment rooms, the Apres Café and more in a 3,345 square metre space. The spa offers Sodashi facials, body treatments and has a full-service hair salon.
The main responsibilities are to provide cutting edge advice and makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa department with regards to treatments and philosophies.
Creating, developing and implementing of Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, demonstrating effective retail management, supervises spa and wellness team are all key parts of the role.
The ideal person will be strategic, proactive and have a proven track record in sales and marketing of a Spa.
Applicants need to evidence the understanding of market trends and need to put together sound business plans.

The best person for the role will have a creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment, have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
Applicants are required to have at least five years previous employment in similar position. Education in Spa Management or Hospitality is preferable.
