Anantara Dubai The Palm appoints quality manager

Minor Hotel Group, which manages the Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, has appointed Cristhian Osorio, as quality and continuous improvement manager.

Osorio who will focus on the enhancement and sustainment of the hotel’s quality management system.

Previously, Osorio held the position of operation analysis manager with Mandarin Oriental Miami. She also held the position of developer, owners and tenant’s communication improvement specialist at Reef Island, Bahrain.

The Mexican national will be bringing her 11 years of expertise in hospitality and quality management to her new role.

Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Miami she worked in five star hotels and resorts in Mexico, Canada and Costa Rica to boost quality, productivity and process improvement.

“I believe that the quality and continuous improvement process is indispensable in the demanding and luxurious hotel market. I am very delighted to join a brand of this stature. My vision is to promote continuous improvement to help keep Anantara Dubai The Palm as one of the top luxurious resorts in the UAE."

Cristhian holds an MBA in International Hospitality from Les Roches University, Switzerland and a Project Leadership Certificate from eCornell.
