The Skyline Towers, a set of twin towers located in the heart of Dubailand, will feature 750 residential and hotel apartments spanning across its 34 floors.
Tanmiyat Global have announced the project in partnership with Delta International Real Estate that is set for completion in 2018. Dubailand’s twin towers will become the area’s tallest structure, covering more than one million square feet the developer said in a statement.
An additional eight floors will form the base of the two towers, consisting of the Legends Mall and parking, it added.
Tanmiyat said each of the one, two and three-bedroom studio apartments is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows. "The Skyline Towers is set to become Dubailand's most iconic new structure," said Mohammed Bin Odah, CEO of Tanmiyat Global.
"They are designed to provide luxury yet affordable accommodation with breathtaking panoramic views across the Dubai skyline unlike any other. This new venture demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a long-term presence in Dubai."
Delta International Real Estate has been appointed to manage the portfolio and will form the tower association and handover of the property on behalf of Tanmiyat Global.
The project will be connected to the Legends Mall, boasting 158 stores including a Carrefour outlet and set for completion by the end of 2016.
