Margherita set to launch second pizzeria in Dubai

Margherita Pizzeria, an Italian brand offering Neapolitan cuisine, has announced the grand opening of its second branch in Dubai.

The outlet’s grand opening this October, will celebrate the Italian franchise's move to strengthen its position in the UAE. Marghrita prides itself on the signature Neapolitan menu offered.

His excellency Giovanni Favilli, Italian Consul General in Dubai, will be present at the ribbon cutting ceremony. Kamal Abou Ammar, director restaurants division, NTDE Group, said: "Margherita Pizzeria first opened its doors in 2008 in Beirut. The brain-child of Giovanni Casa, Magherita set up five branches in Lebanon, expanding across to the MENA region. NTDE Group is the master franchisee of Margherita pizzeria in UAE."

The Sheikh Zayed Road outlet features indoor seating capacity of 150 as well as an additional outdoor seating area which integrates rustic touches of Italy's beloved ingredient.

Margherita's specialties are pizzas, along with other Italian cuisine including salads, rissotti, and pasta. A third Margherita Pizzeria is set to open in 2016 on at The Palm Jumeirah.
